The Problem

Young adults (ages 16–30) in Accra, Kasoa, and surrounding communities lack a mentor, direction, and a documented plan for their future.

What We Do

1:1 discovery interviews to name a specific goal → co-create a written action plan with a dedicated mentor → ongoing milestone check-ins and support until the goal is reached.

Outcome

Young adults move from drifting to self-directed — toward a self-chosen, self-reliant future.

The Problem

Young adults with an aptitude for a trade, craft, or digital skill lack structured training, business fundamentals, and a path from raw talent to steady income.

What We Do

Assess aptitude and place into Phase 1 (fashion/creative) or Phase 2 (programming/digital) → hands-on skill training plus business best-practices (pricing, budgeting, marketing) → support launching a business or securing paid work, with ongoing check-ins.

Outcome

Beneficiaries generate sustainable income from their trade or business.

The Problem

Prospective and enrolled BYU Pathway students in Ghana lack the devices, connectivity, and digital literacy to access and complete online higher education.

What We Do

Distribute a laptop/device and set up internet + digital literacy support → enroll in BYU Pathway with tuition support and academic coaching → track progress term-over-term with accountability check-ins through completion.

Outcome

Increased BYU Pathway credentials completed and increased employment among graduates.
