Shauna Wood is a dedicated advocate for service, empowerment, and community development, with a lifelong commitment to supporting families and vulnerable children. Her passion for helping others is reflected across her professional career, volunteer service, and faith-based leadership.
A devoted wife, mother, and—her most cherished role—grandmother, Shauna finds deep fulfillment in nurturing and encouraging those around her. She earned her degree from Idaho State University while raising three young children, a personal achievement that reflects her belief in lifelong learning, resilience, and determination.
Professionally, Shauna brings extensive experience in accounting, financial administration, tax preparation, and real estate.
She has over 30 years of experience in investment and management, along with more than 10 years in sales. Today, she dedicates much of her time to advocacy and service-focused work.
For more than a decade, Shauna has served as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA), where she has been a tireless voice for at-risk children, working to help ensure they have safe, stable, and hopeful futures.
Shauna is honored to serve as a Board Member of the Self Reliance Empowerment Foundation, where she contributes her professional expertise and compassionate leadership to advancing self-reliance and opportunity for individuals and communities.
She continues to volunteer actively in her church and local community, guided by a steadfast commitment to compassion, service, and making a meaningful, lasting impact.
