Krischa G. Arrington serves as the Chief Operations Officer at Beacon Sleep Solutions, where she leads enterprise operations, strategic development, and cross-functional team management.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Speech–Language Pathology from Utah State University and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the same institution.
With over a decade of proven leadership in medical business operations and nonprofit governance, Krischa brings a wealth of expertise in systems optimization, financial accountability, and mission-aligned growth. An accomplished civic leader, Krischa currently presides as President of the Tooele Valley Rotary Chapter, where she has successfully spearheaded numerous local and international humanitarian projects.
She also serves on multiple regional nonprofit boards, where her work is grounded in collaboration, stewardship, and results-driven service. At the Self Reliance Empowerment Foundation (SREF), Krischa offers strategic advisory support in areas including financial oversight, fundraising, board development, and program governance.
Her deep commitment to fostering self-reliance, sustainability, and educational opportunity directly aligns with SREF’s global mission to empower underserved communities across Ghana, Tanzania, and beyond.
